01

Develop and deliver business English training for learners around the world.

Challenge/Main Objective
Conduct essential business English training courses for participants based in different locations.

Solutions
We provide individual instruction through the online training center at PCI. After we create a curriculum that specifically addresses the needs of the student, we track each student's progress and adjust the material on an individual basis. We define the scope for which Business English will be used in order to help every learner achieve his or her goals.
Points
Define the scope of a student's business English needs and design an appropriate curriculum.
One instructor teaches the student throughout the entire program, adjusting the material if necessary to better meet the individual's needs.

Comprehensive management of large-scale English training.

Challenge/Main Objective
Comprehensive management of English training for 10,000 employees with the goal of making English the official corporate language.

Solutions
We create portal sites that allow companies total management of their employees’ English training. We manage and administer all vendors associated with the training programs. (i.e.: control tower model)
Additionally, we establish and maintain a concierge service to assess student needs and recommend a program that will allow the student to achieve his/her learning goals.
Points
■1: The control tower model enables the outsourcing of corporate training activities.
■2: Essential business skills training is great for companies unable to develop and conduct their own training programs.
■3: Production of original learning videos can be used to introduce programs to participants before training begins in order to acquaint the participants with both program content and objectives.
