- Enhancing communication between headquarters and subsidiaries. This program promotes a shared vision among participants and allows global teams to feel more connected to the company’s values and principles.
- PCI offers a variety of lessons on-site, blended or asynchronous learning methods. By combining these methods, we actively engage participants in the learning process. Our curriculum includes business case studies that aim to create synergies in PMI initiatives.
